Cardholders automatically earn cash with every purchase. To redeem your cash back, you will need to register your card for Ardent Cash Rewards in the Cashback Mall.

1. Go to Ardent Cash Rewards to register. (Or access the site via eBanking under “Credit Card Rewards” from the Menu.)
2. Click Register.
3. Follow the prompts to provide your Platinum or Gold card number and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Then, enter your name and email.
4. Create your username and Password.

1. Log into the Ardent Cash Rewards Cashback Mall with your username and password.
2. Click Redeem from the top menu.
3. View your available cash back.
4. Enter your checking or savings account number and the amount you’d like to redeem.
5. Click Redeem.
6. Review and confirm your redemption.
7. Your cash back will be deposited in your account the next business day.

You will also see your available cash back in the top right corner of the Cashback Mall next to your username.

To see a history of your cash back earnings and redemptions, click on the arrow next to your cash back and select Profile.

1. Register and/or log in to the Ardent Cash Rewards Cashback Mall.
2. On the main page, scroll down to the Just for You section.
3. Available merchant-funded offers will be listed, showing the merchant name and cash back offer.
4. To claim an offer, click on the Activate or Shop button in the box associated with the offer. Then, follow the instructions.

Your cash rewards are available for redemption for two full years after the year it is earned. For example, cash earned in November 2023 will expire on December 31, 2025.
